We bought a 2019 KZ Sportsmen 170RD from Leisure days in October 2023. Toren our sales man was super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was available, that we could pull with our SUV. Julie took care of the financing , she was very helpful and friendly. Ends up she knows a cousin of ours. We weren't able to pick it up during the week so Toren made arrangements for us to come back and get it on a Saturday. Everyone was so helpful to get us on our way with our new trailer . Would highly recommend Leisure Days in Smith Falls. They are a great bunch of people . Can't wait for Spring now to take the new trailer out, our first trip will be May long weekend and we already have a camp ground booked.

We purchased a 2015 / 40' Montana recently. Sales staff was outstanding and assisting us from being out of province until our arrival in September. Finance streamlined the process making effortless work on our part. Seamless and attention to detail perfected. Service was outstanding, the staff was extremely co-operative. We ran into mechanical issues with our truck leading to a couple of added days storing our purchased fifth wheel unit in their yard at no extra charge. Completely appreciated! Tech and trailer tour, Shawn was outstanding, courteous and personal on a very professional level. Knowledgeable as well accurate explaining each button for each function. Great for RV parts! Even though I left empty handed the girl (no offense intended) in the parts department was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Amazing service and purchasing experience, we went to multiple different RV dealers and nothing compared to smith falls service, Torren was amazing to deal with inside and out and could answer any question we had while going over the trailer or asking about others. Also Julie in finance explains everything in detail and is able to answer any questions you may have about the financing. We inquired about a trailer online on Friday, we were pleasantly surprised by the quick and professional turn around time of Peter and Paul. We were pre approved on Saturday and made the trip Sunday to purchase our trailer. On May 7 we purchased our trailer and we were very impressed with Leisure Days SmithsFalls. From the moment that we walked up to the store we were greeted by a friendly staff outside and when we walked into the store we were greeted by more friendly Staff. Peter greeted us and asked how he can help. My Husband told him what we were looking for and Peter did not hesitate at all and brought us right to a trailer and that was exactly what we were looking for. Purchased a Jayco Bungalow from Leisure Days Smiths Falls. Wayne Palmer made the sales process incredibly easy and relaxed- no high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. Paul Curry explained all the paperwork before we signed and the delivery of the new trailer was flawless. Excellent experience all the way around.

Thanks To Peter, Paul and Shawn and the service department. Would recommend for anyone buying a trailer. In addition to the in store service, we were blown away that when we got home and went through the trailer more thoroughly, we had found a few more deficiencies. I sent an email on Friday evening, by Monday morning the Service Department contacted me and notified me that a Tech would be by early afternoon to repair the issues. The Tech showed up was here less than an hour. Customer Service and Professionalism unlike anything we’ve seen from other RV Dealers. Great Job and Thanks.

Where do I start. First off 5 thumbs up are given to Wayne in sales. Warm, friendly. Wayne knows his stuff. When my husband and I walked in Wayne greeted us, asked if we needed help but was relaxed and not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for in a trailer and showed us several options. He stepped out of the picture so my husband and I could discuss our options and helped us by answering any questions we had. Thank you Wayne. Next up was Paul (another 5 star). Paul discussed financing options, insurance, all necessary paperwork. Stored our trailer free of charge until we could bring it home. Paul was very efficient , very personable and overall great to work with. He answered any remaining questions. Thank you Paul. Finally there was Corey. Yay Corey awesome help. Corey went over everything we needed to know about winterizing, plug ins, features, lights hook ups etc. He took us from one end of the trailer to another. Answered all of our questions and let us know that he is only a phone call away if we needed anymore info. I know that I can call there if any problems arrise and they will treat me like part of the family. When spending this kind of money it is nice to know that there is a company like this to help out. My wife and I recently purchased a travel trailer from leisure days smithfalls. Our experience was very good. The salesman was very helpful and informative. The finance person was the best we have dealt with. Gave our kids things to keep busy like colouring books etc. He was also quick straight to the point and made the process a breeze. When we picked up the trailer the walk thru was great and the service counter went out of their way to ensure we had everything.

The staff at Leisure Days Smiths Falls Leisure Days are amazing! Each person we have dealt with has been friendly, accomodating and supportive. We happened to drop in 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening, and weren't made to feel rushed, or dismissed. We were able to find the perfect trailer, with no pressure, they listened to our wish list and pointed us in the right direction, and made the whole process enjoyable! They are quick to respond with any questions we have, and truly care about their customers, a quality which sets them apart from other bigger lots we have encountered in the past! We just enjoyed renting a tent trailer from Leisure Days RV Smith Falls. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff, especially Sarina and Roger. Also, the tent trailer was ready and waiting at the appointed time. It was very clean and in great condition. Sarina was well organized and explained clearly how it all worked. We are looking forward to renting again next year.

This is concerning a used trailer we purchased in March. We picked it up the first of May. We were told that everything would be working properly. After spending 2 nights at a park this past weekend we found out that the water system does not indeed work . It leaks badly underneath and in the storage area. They had taken out the sewage hose so we couldn't even dump before leaving the park. On calling the Dealership today were told that we did purchase this "As is". That doesn't take into account that we were told that everything would be working properly. We have another weekend booked for this coming weekend and they have no solution except maybe they can look at it next week. Not a 'Happy Camper' coming from Leisure Days Smith Falls. Thank you so much Dan for taking care of us. You are a great representitive for the company and we do appreciate what you are doing for us. We look forward to dealing with you again. Shirley

They have always provided us with excellent service, amazing advice, very fair prices and yes, top notch people and products. This time one of the service techs (sorry but HER name escapes me right now,) gave me advice about my fridge that was not working, freely and over the phone, that saved me a trip out there and probably a $2,500 repair bill... Who do you know in the repair business that would do that for anyone??? Definitely return there for any future service or possible purchase.

What a delight to deal with the Team at Leisure Days in Smiths Falls. They are friendly, helpful and their customer service is amazing.
